O SFH engloba im&oacute;veis avaliados na faixa que vai at&eacute; ;650 mil a 750 mil reais, dependendo da cidade.<br />J&aacute; para o Sistema Financeiro Imobili&aacute;rio (SFI), em que os im&oacute;veis t&ecirc;m valores acima desta faixa, a ;taxa balc&atilde;o sobe de 11 para 11,50 por cento ao ano, tamb&eacute;m em 1&ordm; de outubro, para im&oacute;veis ;residenciais. Os n&uacute;meros s&atilde;o da Associa&ccedil;&atilde;o dos Dirigentes de Empresas do Mercado Imobili&aacute;rio do Paran&aacute; (Ademi-PR) e se referem aos apartamentos residenciais novos.<br />&ldquo;Estamos em um momento de muitas entregas, no qual praticamente todas as grandes incorporadoras entraram com campanhas fortes para potencializar a venda do estoque pronto e gerar caixa&rdquo;, explica Felipe Sebben, gerente regional da PDG. Na empresa, tais a&ccedil;&otilde;es resultaram em um aumento de 23,7% nas vendas, que totalizaram R$ 94 milh&otilde;es no primeiro semestre.</p>]]>

Nos primeiros cinco meses do ano, foram lan&ccedil;adas cerca de 1,5 mil unidades, 40% a menos do que no mesmo per&iacute;odo de 2014. Aliado ao crescimento das vendas, isso fez com que o estoque total de maio ficasse em 10,7 mil unidades, menor n&uacute;mero desde maio de 2014.<br />&ldquo;Existe a efetiva possibilidade de fecharmos este ano com um estoque abaixo dos 10 mil apartamentos e mais pr&oacute;ximo do ideal, que giraria entre seis e oito mil unidades&rdquo;, projeta F&aacute;bio Tadeu Ara&uacute;jo, diretor de pesquisa de mercado da Ademi-PR.</p>]]>
