Esta aplicação é uma iniciativa do Centro de Estudos sobre Tecnologias Web, uma área do NIC.br, que executa as determinações do Comitê Gestor da Internet com o apoio técnico do Departamento de Ciência da Computação da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (DCC/UFMG).
