<p style="text-align: justify;">A SEMDS também é responsável pelas ações pertinentes à Política de Trabalho e Renda através do Sistema Nacional de Emprego (SINE), como também por outros serviços que lhe são vinculados administrativamente como os Conselhos Tutelares (Sede e Orla) e Casa dos Conselhos.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>POLÍTICA DE TRABALHO E RENDA</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">No âmbito da Política de Trabalho e Renda as ações são executadas diretamente nos 02 (dois) postos de atendimento do Sistema Nacional de Emprego – SINE localizados na sede e no distrito de Barra do Riacho.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>CONSELHOS TUTELARES DE ARACRUZ</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">O Conselho Tutelar é um órgão permanente e autônomo, não jurisdicional, encarregado pela sociedade de zelar pelo cumprimento dos direitos da criança e do adolescente, é vinculado administrativamente à Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Social e Trabalho. Atualmente o Município possui um Conselho tutelar na Sede e outro na orla.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>CASA DOS CONSELHOS</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A Casa dos Conselhos de Aracruz é um espaço de participação e aprimoramento da democracia mantida pela SEMDS, com infraestrutura para aglutinar os diferentes Conselhos vinculados à política de assistência social, objetivando estabelecer uma interface entre essas instâncias democráticas. Proporciona o fortalecimento dos Conselhos em funcionamento (Conselho Municipal de Assistência Social – CMASA, Conselho Municipal de Defesa de Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente – CMDCA, Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Pessoa – CMDPI, Conselho Municipal de Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional – COMSEA, Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Mulher de Aracruz – CMDMA e consolida a participação da sociedade na formulação e fiscalização das políticas públicas.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>REDE SOCIOASSISTENCIAL PRIVADA</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Composta por entidades e organizações não governamentais estabelecidas no Município, devidamente inscritas no Conselho Municipal de Assistência Social.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Para o SUAS, tais instituições são parceiras imprescindíveis para a execução da Política de Assistência Social.</p>
